Albab began as a private wardrobe shared between friends in Dubai — kaftans brought back from family ateliers in Lucknow, Jaipur and Mumbai, quietly admired and quietly requested. Today, we work with a small circle of Indian artisans to translate generations of zardozi, aari and block-print into pieces designed for the modern Emirates.

Every Albab piece is hand-finished. Most pass through six pairs of hands before they reach yours. Nothing is rushed, very little is repeated.
