We collect information you provide at checkout, account creation or when contacting our concierge — name, email, address, phone and order history. We collect basic analytics to improve the site.
How We Use It
To process orders, deliver across the UAE, respond to enquiries, send order updates and (with consent) share new arrivals and seasonal offers.
Storage & Security
Customer data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Payment details are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers; we do not retain card numbers.
